Riflescope Center
About
Riflescope Center is a reference for choosing a riflescope. It is organised the way the decision actually gets made: what the scope has to do first, which brand second, and then the specifications that separate one configuration from the next.
What is here
A catalogue of current model lines across 43 brands and 14 categories, with magnification, objective diameter, tube diameter, focal plane, reticle options and parallax for each configuration — alongside long-form reviews and guides.
Why there are no prices
Specifications stay true for years. Street prices are stale within weeks, and a wrong price is the most misleading thing a reference page can carry. Where cost matters for orientation, it appears as a coarse tier on the brand rather than a figure on a row.
Discontinued products
Several brands this site once covered no longer make riflescopes at all — Nikon left the market in December 2019, and Weaver, Millett, Redfield and Mueller have followed. Their pages say so plainly rather than quietly recommending something you cannot buy. Individual lines that have been superseded are marked, with the model that replaced them.
Corrections
Specifications were last checked against manufacturer listings on 2 August 2026. If something here is wrong, the contact page explains what to send.
